Janet has worked in the Human Resources field since graduating from college. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Psychology from Montclair State University, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Pace University.

During her HR career, Janet worked in various positions in both public and private corporations, including Human Resource Manager, Assistant Vice President, and Director of Human Resources for Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Citibank, and Ampacet Corporation.  She is a full-fledged HR professional, with extensive experience in staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits design, payroll systems, management training, communications & social media, and event planning.  Janet joined Coastal Tile & Marble in 1997 as Director of Human Resources.

Throughout the years, Janet has been an active community volunteer. She was President of the Byram Hills Preschool Association, Special Events Coordinator for Westchester-Putnam Special Olympics and the Armonk Baseball League, and has held many volunteer positions for the Byram Hills PTSA, including Vice President and Grade Coordinator.  Janet is a Notary Public, certified in Westchester County in the State of New York.

Janet and her husband Andre enjoy spending time with their four children anywhere at all – enjoying family BBQ’s, relaxing at the beach, on the golf course and ski slopes.
