Joe joined Coastal Tile & Marble, Inc. in 2010 as Senior Project Manager, after working for more than 30 years in the tile industry.  In January, 2018, Joe was promoted to Vice President of Project Management in recognition of his many years of service to Coastal Tile, as well as his knowledge and expertise.

Joe’s role at Coastal Tile & Marble is to manage all projects in New York City.  Joe’s prior experience as Project Manager/Head Estimator for Port Morris Tile & Marble Company prepared him well for this position.  While at Port Morris, Joe managed projects with a scope of $10-12MM per job, including multiple Riverside Buildings in New York City, Yankee Stadium, Citifield, Hotel Atanea, and New York University.  Joe has significant experience simultaneously managing multiple large-scale projects.

In 1980, Joe began working for a second-generation family owned company, European Marble & Tile, Inc. Starting in the field, he worked his way up to Project Manager, managing sales in excess of $4MM per year.  In 1985, Joe took over as CEO-Owner of European Marble & Tile, expanding the business to $10MM annually.

Joe is a member of the Contractors Tile Council of New York and The Masons.  In his free time, he can be found coaching his daughter’s Sudden Impact Fast Pitch Softball Travel Team.  Joe is also the President of Birds Unlimited Hunting Club, and spends hours volunteering in the community for the preservation of the environment.
